Shape our students’ academic success with expert organisation and inspiring leadership.
Dates: Courses run from the end of June to the end of August 2025
Pay: £540 per week. Accommodation and travel expenses not covered.
Working pattern: 44 hours per week, shifts Mon-Sat
Reports to: Deputy Course Director
Welcome tutors - Enabling tutors to teach impactfully by delivering an effective first day.
Lesson observations - Ensuring students are having a high quality academic experience.
Problem solving - Improve student satisfaction by resolving academic concerns quickly.
Curriculum enrichment - Motivate students to develop key life skills by leading group sessions.
Head office liaison - Regular communications with the Academic team to manage priorities and escalate as required.

You’re passionate about working in a multicultural environment, and resolving academic concerns sensitively
You’re comfortable speaking to large groups, and facilitating engaging educational discussions
Experience working with young people, not necessarily in a teaching role
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent understanding of what good teaching looks like
Right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor work visas for this role)
Experience working with international students
Familiarity with summer school or short term education settings
